To celebrate the upcoming
preliminary issue of A cappella Zoo,
we're hosting a short fiction (1,000-7,500 words)
contest with the theme “origins.”
Our own interpretation of this idea first
related to creation myths, but we're open to any interpretation.
Judging will be based on the story’s relevance to
the theme and the aesthetic described in
our writer's guidelines.
The deadline is July 31, 2008.
First Place Prize: $250
and publication in the preliminary issue of
A cappella Zoo
